It was a very emotional night for American Idol Season 7 yesterday as Filipina hopeful Ramiele Malubay got eliminated. It was a hard night for her and I strongly believe she wasn’t given enough chance to prove herself. In case you’re wondering, I am a viewer of American Idol since its maiden season though work schedules limit me to watch it regularly. But I am always updated with the show.
Ramiele is a small girl with a big voice and yes she is a very talented, powerful singer for her frame. Last night was her first time to be in the Bottom Three and she got the boot. Now that is disturbing.
But I believe this is not the end for her, and to other Filipinos who aspire to be in the talent search. If you really have the talent, I’m sure everyone will notice. This is so true with Ramiele as fans and viewers went berserk when she was eliminated. But who knows, this might be a blessing in disguise for her. She might not get the place she wanted, but I’m sure God has perfect plans for her.
